The handout is the cornerstone of the referral program and has multiple uses. As a tangible printed piece, it’s far more memorable than just a conversation, and it is the perfect tool to break the ice when it comes to interaction with the patient. The brochure is designed to be handed out to a friend or family member almost without explanation. The brochures can be kept in a small acrylic holder on the front desk, waiting room, or operatories, and are mailed to your entire patient base.
